Fit & Fabulous Challenge - a step up in challenge and intensity with a faster tempo than Fit & Fabulous, this class is the “perfect fit” for any adult interested in a moderate intensity class! Focusing on functional movement, range of motion, strength and cardio-vascular conditioning, the class seeks to improve participants’ energy, muscular strength, and overall fitness levels. The class combines easy-on-the-joints and low-moderate impact standing-on-the-floor routines with functional movement and strength exercises that use elastic tubing, hand weights, and floor mats. Regular participants achieve long-term benefits while experiencing a fun-filled and social time together in this calorie-burning, body-energizing, and inspiring class designed to captivate for improved fitness and life! While a workout mat is not required, it is highly
recommended for comfort while doing floor exercises. All Fit & Fabulous Challenge classes are led by NETA® certified group fitness instructor, Lissa Marth.

Fun Run Group

These weekly informal runs are designed to promote running as a conditioning, competitive and social activity. The runs are planned to accommodate all ages and all types of runners. This includes the veterans, beginners, joggers, racers, males, females & families. Time certificates are available to EVERYONE in every race. There is no entry fee or advance sign-up required!

Za’ Jammin Mashup! - is an exhilarating and easy-to-follow cardio dance class that combines fun pop songs, Latin favorites, and Zumba-inspired dance moves into one, time-flying experience! Fun to dance and easy-to-follow! The routines feature intervaltraining sessions where aerobic dancing and moderate to low impact toning moves are combined to tone and sculpt the body while effectively conditioning the cardio-vascular system. Barre Blend - 424002

Ideal for any adult interested in an effective 40-minute class that focuses on core strength, flexibility, stabilization, functional mobility, and low impact cardio training. Combining ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, Yoga, and standing-on-the-floor routines, participants build endurance, facilitate stress reduction with controlled breathing, strengthen their core and alignment with undue stress to the spine, reduce back pain, strengthen opposing muscle groups, improve posture, increase lean muscle mass and balance, and improve fat burning ability via this cardiovascular exercise. All Barre Blend classes are be led by NETA® certified and Barre Blend™ trained group fitness instructor, Lissa Marth.
