Barre Blend - 424002

Ideal for any adult interested in an effective 40-minute class that focuses on core strength, flexibility, stabilization, functional mobility, and low impact cardio training. Combining ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, Yoga, and standing-on-the-floor routines, participants build endurance, facilitate stress reduction with controlled breathing, strengthen their core and alignment with undue stress to the spine, reduce back pain, strengthen opposing muscle groups, improve posture, increase lean muscle mass and balance, and improve fat burning ability via this cardiovascular exercise. Cardio MashUp & Core - 424004

Tired of the same old workout? Then mix it up with Cardio MashUp & Core. This high energy, easy to follow cardio class combines multiple types of cardio (such as kickboxing and high intensity, low impact) with toning/core work to give you a workout that will get all your muscle groups working, your blood pumping, and calories burning. Fun music will motivate and invigorate to keep you moving, sweating, and having a great time all while burning calories, building muscle tone, and strengthening your core. Dont want a high impact workout? Not a problem, this is a high energy, not a high impact class and can be modified to your fitness level, beginner or advanced, so you get the most out of your workout. Join us and get hooked on a workout that will keep you coming back for more, not because you have to, but because you want to. So, lets lace up our shoes, turn up the music, and mash up our workout. (Note: there will be a portion of the class that will be on the floor for core work. You may opt to bring in a mat or towel to make it more comfortable during this part of class.)

Grab your sweat band and water bottle and challenge yourself with this invigorating workout that alternates between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. If you are looking to boost exercise capacity and fat burning potential, this exhilarating workout is guaranteed to make you sweat, get your heart pumping, burn calories, and help to increase your metabolism. This class can be modified for all fitness levels and will challenge you to work as hard as you can for 20 seconds and then give you a short rest before working again. It’s only 20 seconds of work. Anyone can work hard for only 20 seconds right?? Come and find out what Tabata is all about and see if you are up for the challenge. Tabata classes will be led by NETA certified fitness instructor, Bethany Reinholtz.
