Za’ Jammin Mashup! - is an exhilarating and easy-to-follow cardio dance class that combines fun pop songs, Latin favorites, and Zumba-inspired dance moves into one, time-flying experience! Fun to dance and easy-to-follow! The routines feature intervaltraining sessions where aerobic dancing and moderate to low impact toning moves are combined to tone and sculpt the body while effectively conditioning the cardio-vascular system. While the routines are choreographed, free style movement is always welcome. So come and shake your groove thing! No experience required! Ages 14 & up. Za’ Jammin Mashup! classes will be led byNETA® certified group fitness instructor, Lissa Marth.
Senior Stretch & Balance-move your body through seated and standing yoga poses with chair support offered designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion. There is no floorwork with this class. Senior Stretch & Balance will be led by certified instructor Faye Nedobeck.
Ideal for any adult interested in an effective 40-minute class that focuses on core strength, flexibility, stabilization, functional mobility, and low impact cardio training. Combining ballet-inspired movements with Pilates, Yoga, and standing-on-the-floor routines, participants build endurance, facilitate stress reduction with controlled breathing, strengthen their core and alignment with undue stress to the spine, reduce back pain, strengthen opposing muscle groups, improve posture, increase lean muscle mass and balance, and improve fat burning ability via this cardiovascular exercise. All Barre Blend classes are be led by NETA® certified and Barre Blend™ trained group fitness instructor, Lissa Marth.
Fit & Fabulous - the “perfect fit” for any adult interested in a low to moderate-intensity “active adult” class! Focusing on functional movement, range of motion, strength and cardio-vascular conditioning, the class seeks to improve participants’ energy, muscular strength, and overall fitness levels. Combining easy-on-the-joints and low-impact standing-on-the-floor routines with functional movement exercises that use elastic tubing, hand weights, and optional chairs, regular participants achieve long-term benefits while experiencing a fun-filled and social time together in this calorieburning, body-energizing, and inspiring class designed to engage and captivate for improved fitness and life! All Fit & Fabulous classes are led by NETA® certified group fitness instructor, Lissa Marth.
This high-energy class will include heart pumping cardio moves mixed with strength, toning, and core work for a complete body workout. Challenge yourself as much or as little as you want and improve your overall well being with a class that can be either high or low impact, depending on your needs and ability. Variety is the spice in this class, and use of elastic tubes, gliding discs, and weights will often be used to diversify the class make-up and provide full-body strengthening. Grab your water bottle and give it a try. While a workout mat is not required, it is highly recommended for comfort while doing floor exercises. All Cardio Sculpt classes are led by NETA® certified group fitness instructor, Bethany Reinholtz.
